Job summary

Menzies Aviation Milwaukee is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and rebuild airport service vehicles, including support trucks and hydrant trucks. You will inspect parts and perform engine, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs to keep aircraft services moving.

Responsibilities include regular preventive care, monthly to annual checks on refueling equipment, and operating refueling vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Available for variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required Airports and Customs badges/seals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify defective parts on vehicles and make repairs to engines, hydraulic, electrical, fueling and mechanical systems.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality control checks on refueling equipment and maintain records.
• Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles.
• Provide preventive care to equipment and timely repairs to broken equipment.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment per health and safety policies.
