Job summary

GRUPO EULEN USA is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day ground handling operations in a dynamic airport environment. You will lead teams across Cabin, Ramp, PAX, PRM, and Security while managing staffing, budgets, and service quality for airline partners and airport stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and proven leadership with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in airline, airport, or ground handling operations.
• Ability to communicate in English with passengers, team members, and authorities.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ground operations teams across Cabin, Ramp, PAX, PRM, Security, Cargo, and other services.
• Recruit, schedule, and manage frontline staff; ensure coverage and training.
• Plan daily staffing to meet budgeted labor hours and headcount targets.
• Monitor labor productivity, overtime, absenteeism, and take corrective actions.
• Monitor operational KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
• Own and manage station operating budget and controllable expenses.
• Maintain headcount alignment with flight schedules and service requirements.
• Support monthly forecasting and budget reviews with leadership and finance.
• Maintain station-level P&L and contribute to margin improvement.
