Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
  • Monitor computerized passenger boarding and Jetway operations.
  • Assist customers with special needs (wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors).
  • Load and unload baggage and cargo; operate motorized service vehicles.
  • Guide and park aircraft; perform cabin maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet objectives.
