Marsden South is seeking a cleaning attendant in Dallas, TX. You will maintain floors, restrooms, trash handling, and waste/recycling per site procedures. Candidates must lift up to 30 lbs and be able to obtain fingerprint clearance and pass a drug test.

A pre-employment background check is required and a valid driver’s license is often needed. The position offers two shift options: Sat–Wed 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. or Fri–Tue 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with an hourly rate of $16.88.

Responsabilidades

• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal area.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stock and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety policies and procedures (locking doors, proper chemicals, reporting incidents).
• Clean restrooms.
• Take out the trash.

Shifts:

• Saturday to Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. or
• Friday to Tuesday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Hourly Rate: $16.88

Requirements:

• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners. Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
• Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
