Job summary

Jackmont Hospitality Inc. is seeking a Restaurant/Operations Manager to lead daily airport dining operations in New Jersey. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance, while ensuring high-quality food safety and service. You will manage costs and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires TSA background clearance, union-management experience, and a proven track record in hospitality leadership within retail or restaurant settings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass the TSA background check to work in the airport.
• Must have management experience with union employees.
• Airport management experience preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in a high quality restaurant and/or retail food environment.
• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role in restaurant or retail.
• Strong business acumen in a retail setting.
• Computer literacy to operate POS and office software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, analytical and organizational skills.
• State/county alcohol service certification is required.
