Responsibilities

• Execute repairs, installations, and preventative upkeep across airport infrastructure.
• Perform carpentry on doors, walls, ceilings, and cabinetry to extend building longevity.
• Manage work orders by documenting repairs, inspections, and materials.
• Carry out regular facility walkthroughs to identify system failures.
• Maintain lighting, fixtures, and wiring systems to support electrical infrastructure.
• Keep boarding bridges, bag lifts, and PLC-controlled equipment operational for passenger travel.
• Ensure door hardware and entry systems function reliably.
• Address plumbing issues including fixtures, piping, and water coolers.
• Use camera equipment to inspect drains and plumbing systems.
• Assist HVAC team with inspections, filter changes, and repairs.
• Maintain mechanical equipment and emergency generators for power reliability.
• Collaborate with trade specialists on major projects and emergencies.
• Safely operate company vehicles, machinery, and tools.
• Report accidents, hazards, and malfunctions to Facilities Supervisor.
• Organize inventory of parts and supplies; participate in on-call rotation.
• Provide after-hours support to resolve urgent maintenance issues.
