Responsibilities

• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle money, process credit/debit cards, give change, and follow Cash Handling SOPs.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu to make guest recommendations, including allergy questions.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers, whether at national brands or local concepts.
• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests and take drink/food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
