RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Lead Injury Prevention Specialist/ATC to support a fast-paced airport hub at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. The role integrates ergonomics, education, preventive exercise, and early intervention to reduce workplace injuries.

The position is located at ORD in Chicago, IL, with a schedule from 3am-11am and compensation of $50,000-$53,000 annually, dependent on experience. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ergonomics assessment and intervention experience.
• Employee education delivery and program audits.
• Movement assessment and preventative exercise program design.

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits
• Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs
• Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention
• Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury
• Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees
• Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics
