Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking staff to assist and transport passengers requiring assistance at the airport, including driving electric carts and ensuring safe, efficient movement to gates and other locations.

Role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain airport/state credentials. The position involves rotating shifts, outdoor conditions, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Drive electric carts in a safe manner.
• Assist and transport passengers requiring assistance at the airport.
• Lift, assist passengers requiring wheelchair assistance up or downstairs of aircraft and in or out of wheelchairs or electric cart.
• Identify name, flight information, date, and service request details to ensure passengers are taken to the correct destination.
• Guide and support, service animals accompanying the passengers.
• Provide enroute restroom and various stops, as needed.
• Assist passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
