Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure daily airport operations run safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. The role oversees and coordinates team activities to maintain a reliable operation.

Candidates will supervise staff, mentor employees, assist with recruiting and scheduling, monitor performance, and uphold safety standards. Benefits include flight privileges, comprehensive insurance, PTO, 401k match, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
