Job summary

Prospect Airport Services seeks a reliable airport operations associate responsible for scheduling Agents to flights and managing the control room environment, timeclock, and device inventory. You will distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research, perform daily device inventories, and troubleshoot non-functioning equipment while reporting outages.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain required credentials, and willingness to work rotating shifts

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign Agents to flights or locations at the airport.
• Maintain control room environment and timeclock.
• Maintain inventory records and distribute Avtech devices.
• Troubleshoot devices and report out of service issues.
• Ensure devices are charged and time clocks are operable.
• Provide access to the Control Room and perform related duties.
