Job summary

Copenhagen Optimization in Cambridge, MA seeks a Consultant to help airports implement Better Airport®. You’ll work with stakeholders from our consultancy, product and technical teams across North America.

From discovery to go-live, you’ll analyze data, configure software, train clients and support adoption. The role blends problem solving, travel and collaboration with real responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Aviation or related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of aviation or data-focused, client-facing, consulting, implementation or analyst experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with large datasets using Excel, databases or similar tools.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Client-focused mindset with genuine interest in understanding operational challenges behind data.
• Willingness to take responsibility and learn from others.
• Interest in translating business/operational requirements into software solutions.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within North America and internationally.
• Legal right to live and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large client datasets, including data-quality assessments and root-cause investigations.
• Contribute to end-to-end implementation of Better Airport for airport clients across North America.
• Translate client requirements into software configurations and analytical work.
• Configure Better Airport based on client input.
• Work with airport stakeholders to understand challenges and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Client Success Leads, Product Value Leads, developers and others to ensure project delivery.
• Own assigned workstreams and see them through to completion.
• Prepare and facilitate client meetings, workshops, demonstrations and analyses.
• Support testing, deployment and go-live activities, including onsite work at airports.
• Train clients in Better Airport and support adoption and value realization.
• Contribute analytical expertise to consultancy engagements across our airport client network.
