Qualifications

• Experience working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Cybersecurity Improvement Plan.
• Serve as primary cybersecurity contact with federal agencies.
• Design and enhance comprehensive cybersecurity programs.
• Monitor security logs and investigate incidents.
• Develop security hardening standards and best practices.
• Optimize cybersecurity tools and ensure effective configuration.
• Conduct cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Support cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate cybersecurity into operations.

Skills

Knowledge of cloud and on-premise security threats

Proficiency in vulnerability management tools

Experience as a systems or network administrator

Proficiency in firewall management and endpoint protection

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, MIS, CIS, or related field
