Job summary

Hallmark Aviation Services seeks to build a diverse team of highly motivated individuals to provide outstanding service at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). You will learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, rotating through check-in, lobby, departure gates, customs and arrivals, while ensuring on-time performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Computer savvy and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport.
• Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport.
• Navigate flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
• Interact professionally with high-profile passengers.
• Coordinate with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe travel experience.
