Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) is seeking an Airport Credentialing Agent Term to review applications and issue airport employee ID badges as part of the ASP. Role involves handling sensitive PII, biometrics, and background checks, with duties in Pass and ID Section at IAD or DCA.

The position requires attention to security regs, data handling, and customer service, with TSA compliance and training responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of general clerical experience.
• Knowledge of security requirements for access control.
• Ability to identify fraudulent identity documents.
• Experience with AFIS and access control systems.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Ability to perform basic data analysis.
• Proficient with computer and office software.

Aufgaben

• Respond to information requests about security requirements and procedures for ID badges.
• Process ID badge applications, review documents, take fingerprints, and transmit data.
• Administer SIDA, secure area and driver training/testing for applicants.
• Certify successful completion of training.
• Track applicants failing STA or CHRC or disqualification.
• Produce and maintain airport ID badges and badge records.
• Process Taxicab Permits for STA (DCA).
• Issue airport keys per established procedures.
• Perform badge and key audits to comply with TSA regulations.
• Provide basic training to newer employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
