Paradies Lagardère is seeking a part-time Cook at DEN Airport – Steve's Snapping Dogs. You will prepare food following 100% recipe directions, use knives and kitchen equipment safely, and maintain a clean, organized work area while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include following the production prep list, restocking, assisting with ordering, and ensuring proper dating and labeling of prepared items. This on-site role offers a chance to contribute to a premier traveler experience.

Qualifications

• Food preparation following recipes and product directions
• Ability to use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

• Food preparation at 100% recipe adherence. Follows recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving food items.
• Follow production prep list and keep accurate records; requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
• Store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment free of safety hazards.
• Regularly restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.
