Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising janitorial or building maintenance staff.
• Ability to read and understand flight schedules and airport operations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to document shift hours and inspections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
• Issues supplies and equipment.
• Resolve employees' problems and/or refers matters to manager.
• Records employees' hours worked on shift reports.
• Completes all necessary BM checklists and/or documentation on a daily basis.
• Submits requests for repair of cleaning equipment (if requested by Station Manager).
• Requisitions or purchases cleaning supplies and equipment (if requested by Station Manager).
• Performs all duties of Building Maintenance Cleaners supervised.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
