Job summary

GAT Airline Ground Support in Greensboro, NC, is seeking reliable individuals to join its cargo handling team. The role involves organizing warehouse spaces, loading/unloading air cargo, and ensuring safety and SOPs are followed.

This is a variable-hours, non-exempt position requiring basic computer literacy, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Training is provided, and candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to navigate basic electronic devices and documents.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload air cargo on/off aircraft and equipment.
• Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft.
• Prepare and palletize cargo as needed.
• Complete airline cargo documents accurately.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures at all times.
• Handle dangerous goods per regulations when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
