Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Hawaii seeks a responsible team lead to manage cabin cleaning operations, lavatories, and restocking supplies across aircraft to ensure on-time departures.

You will supervise a crew, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with ground service teams. Rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cabin cleaners and coordinate daily duties.
• Transport cleaning equipment and supplies to aircraft.
• Clean seats, floors, galleys, trays and dispose of trash.
• Clean aircraft lavatories and restock supplies.
• Ensure timely departure by maintaining cabin readiness.
• Monitor safety and enforce Unifi policies.
• Report hazards and incidents per policy.
• Complete work safely and efficiently.

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading a team and cleaning aircraft interiors, lavatories, restocking supplies. Also responsible for maintaining cleaning equipment and cabin supplies to enable on-time departure of aircraft.

Job Duties:

• Leading a team of agents in cabin cleaning duties.
• Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service the aircraft.
• Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
• Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
• Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard the aircraft.
• Perform aircraft security inspection.
• Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return to designated area.
• Keep cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
