Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a motivated Barista to join our team in Jackson, WY. This part-time role contributes to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for travelers at the airport.

You will handle cash transactions, operate a POS system, and prepare beverages to Tailwind standards. The shift runs from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with benefits including 401k matching, health/dental/vision for full-time staff, and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Experience with point of sale systems.
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Barista experience-preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a smile.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point of sale system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
