Responsibilities

• Accept baggage claims from customers and process them in the system.
• Prepare baggage delivery orders for pickup and delivery of bags.
• Conduct inventory of left-over bags.
• Review messages to identify bag matches.
• Assist customers in arrival areas and support operations.
• Prepare daily/ monthly/ annual reports as needed.
• Meet baggage performance goals and take corrective actions.
