Job summary

SP+ is seeking a baggage-handler skilling role at the Coconut Creek operation to support airport baggage delivery and curb-to-gate service. The role requires early-morning shifts, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation, with paid training and seasonal opportunities.

Responsibilities include loading luggage, performing vehicle inspections, and delivering baggage to the correct airline on time, while adhering to security and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs consistently and work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and load luggage into cages and trucks.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and drive box trucks safely.
• Deliver checked baggage to airports (MIA or FLL) per airline instructions.
• Attend required airport compliance training and maintain badges.
• Shifts start early (as 4:30 AM) and include weekend availability.
