Job summary

dnata USA is hiring a Bagroom Agent to receive, load, unload, and distribute checked baggage across major airports. You will handle baggage and palletized cargo, read load sheets, and assist in the operation of tug and belt loader equipment.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and the capacity to stand for long periods. Shifts include part-time schedules, with safety and TSA/FAA regulations guiding daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Possess/ maintain a valid state driver’s license and other FAA/Airport IDs or authorizations.
• Must be able to pass SIDA airport and training tests.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lift baggage/cargo weighing up to 70 lbs during loading/unloading.
• Load/unload 100+ items per aircraft and move luggage between locations.
• Operate motorized equipment (Tug, Belt Loader) and assist with safety checks.
• Read aircraft load sheets and baggage tags to ensure correct placement.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (TSA/FAA).
