What you will be doing!

• If you enjoy helping people, as a Customer Service Agent, you will create positive experiences for passengers, greeting them and providing seamless check-in and ticketing services.
• This role involves working with reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting courteously and efficiently with customers.
• You will be lifting luggage onto belts and assisting with baggage handling, providing a good workout during your shift.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, cruising on the tarmac in company vehicles while transporting bags.
• This position offers varied shifts, including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for better shifts over time.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license (some restrictions may apply).
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship.
