Job summary

Envoy Air at Pensacola (PNS) is hiring for an entry-level Ramp Agent. Earn $16.61 per hour, with paid on-the-job training and the chance to advance through development programs. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with shift trading and overtime opportunities to fit your schedule.

Travel perks for you and eligible family members may be part of the package. As a Ramp Agent, you will load, unload and sort freight and baggage to help ensure on-time departures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks indoors/outdoors.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 18 years or older and has a valid photo ID.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage to ensure on-time departures.
• Assist in loading baggage on the tarmac and in company vehicles.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and across shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Support long-term career growth with available training and development programs.

What you will be doing!

• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals.


• No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift.


• Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination.


• Tired of being stuck inside all day? As a Ramp Agent, you will enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.


• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.


• 18 years or older.


• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.


• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
