Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Great Falls, MT is hiring part-time Airport Customer Service Agents to ensure smooth travel experiences for every passenger. You will ticket, rebook, greet travelers, check bags and assist passengers with special needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and are capable of lifting 50 pounds. The role requires work in all weather with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver’s license.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a part-time position.
• $16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Serve aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
