Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. in the United States is seeking an Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, to fulfill passenger service obligations for travelers who require wheelchair assistance.

This role is highly customer service oriented, and tipping is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary service are known to increase earning potential between $25–$100 per week in this position.

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility and needs.
