Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs is seeking an Airline Flight Dispatcher in Atlanta, GA. You will maintain communication between management and customer service, assign and dispatch catering teams, and ensure on-time, safe catering for all flights.

Required are basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, English proficiency, and strong customer service abilities. The role demands multitasking and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication and coordination between management and Customer Service personnel.

• Stay informed of flight activity, schedule and gate changes and act accordingly.
• Ensure timely and safe catering of all flights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and elevate to management as needed.

We are presently seeking Airline Flight Dispatcher

Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge of computers and programs
• Valid State Driver’s License, good driving record
• Experience in airline catering, preferred
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communications - read, write and speak English
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Neat, professional appearance
• Professional demeanor when dealing with stress and operational challenges
• Ability to make quick and correct decisions (analytical)
