Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking an Airframe Structures Technician to repair sheet metal and composite components on various aircraft in a safe, clean environment. You will prepare documentation and ensure compliance with SBs/ADs, manufacturer specs, and customer requirements.

Tech II/III paths exist; requires high school diploma, sheet metal experience; FAA Airframe Maintenance Certificate preferred; relocation benefits available; competitive benefits package and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Two years sheet metal or aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• FAA Airframe Maintenance Certificate preferred for higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs in compliance with SBs/ADs and standard fabrication practices for sheet metal and composite aircraft components.
• Fits and installs fabricated and manufactured parts; proposes alternate processes as needed.
• Prepares record-keeping documents and completes discrepancies and corrective action statements per policy and FAA regulations.
• Locates and uses technical data; follows verbal instructions to accomplish tasks with accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
