Qualifications

• Airframe or Repairman’s Certificate required.
• Powerplant Certificate preferred; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Respirator Fit qualified; QI designation; Man Lift qualified; meets Run and Taxi qualifications; tool inventory per department list.

Responsibilities

• Manages all structural repair aspects of assigned aircraft projects to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Performs troubleshooting, fitting and installation of complex structural assemblies; follows procedures and applies updated data.
• Oversees and maintains accurate aircraft and project documentation including forecasting labor hours and reviewing invoices for accuracy before billing.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of team members and enforces company policies, safety, and data usage of technical data.
• Shares knowledge through on-the-job training to develop less experienced technicians.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
