Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of aircraft maintenance experience, with significant experience on F/A-18 or military aircraft.
• Experience inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, modifying, and testing aircraft.
• Knowledge of F/A-18 airframe systems and applicable technical publications.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and SRMs/MIMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on F/A-18 airframes across variants.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, modify, and test airframe systems and components.
• Lead small maintenance tasks and mentor junior mechanics.
• Coordinate with Production Control, QA, engineering, and government reps.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and safety compliance.
