An established industry player is seeking an experienced Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic to join their dynamic team. This role involves performing critical assembly, disassembly, and repairs on various aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and hold an Airframe and Powerplant License. The Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic shall have the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Education Required: Airframe and Powerplant License
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years' experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance, or airframe sheet metal maintenance.
Knowledge Required: Experience in MROs, operation of pneumatic, power, hand tools, and equipment necessary to accomplish work. Knowledge of jet, piston, airframe, and engine principles, as well as reading blueprints and specifications.
Maximum weight to be handled will be aligned with Environmental Safety and Health governing documentation. May occasionally perform duties in standing, kneeling, or squatting positions. Good eyesight and ability to distinguish colors are necessary.
