Job summary

Gigatec is looking for a Software Engineer located in Annapolis, Maryland. This role focuses on creating and maintaining data workflows and automation pipelines using Apache Airflow. You will collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to ensure workflows are efficient and production-ready.

Strong experience in Linux CLI, Bash scripting, Python, and Java is required, along with familiarity with AWS Cloud Services and Containerization technologies. A Top Secret clearance is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools.
• Experience developing Bash scripts to automate manual processes.
• Recent software development experience using Python and Java.
• Experience using Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience using Apache Airflow for orchestrating workflows.
• Familiar with AWS Cloud Services and Infrastructure.
