Lickety Split AC Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to perform residential installs in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area. You will handle airflow-first installations, test systems, and ensure high-quality workmanship customers can sign off on.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong mechanical skills — sheet metal, ductwork, brazing, startups, airflow balancing.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and work safely at heights and in attics.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC installs with an airflow-first mentality—every system tested, verified, dialed-in.
• Deliver clean, professional, high-quality work that you’re proud to sign your name to.
• Communicate clearly with customers—explain your work, educate when needed, and leave no questions behind.
• Handle change-outs, system upgrades, and IAQ solutions (air purification, dehumidification, zoning, etc.).
• Verify static pressure, airflow balancing, ductwork integrity—no “slap and dash.”
