Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board seeks an Airfield Operations Agent to conduct FAR 139 inspections of runways, taxiways, ramps and safety areas, and to escort vehicles and equipment within the Air Operations Area (AOA) in a safe, efficient manner.

You will monitor FAA and Airport rules, report unsafe conditions, assist with snow operations, and support communications across the Air Operations Department while maintaining flexibility to work all shifts.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of airfield experience preferred.
• Class C driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 139 and FAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect runways, taxiways, ramps, and safety areas for compliance.
• Escort vehicles and equipment within the AOA.
• Monitor and report unsafe conditions and incidents.
• Coordinate with ATC and airport personnel via radio/phone.
• Support snow/ice operations and deicing activities.
