Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing Cognitive Performance services in Tactical, Collegiate, Professional Sports, or Aerospace.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to maintain Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver, monitor, and evaluate mental performance sessions.
• Document aircrew assessments and encounters.
• Apply cognitive enhancement tools like biofeedback.
• Conduct applied research to enhance cognitive resilience.

Skills

Expert knowledge of applied sport/performance psychology

Strong facilitation, research, and communication skills

Familiarity with operational and high-stress environments

Education

Master’s degree in Sport Psychology or related field
