Job summary

AAA USA Inc is actively hiring experienced Aircraft Tooling Technicians to support aerospace manufacturing across multiple locations. The role requires hands-on work with precision jigs, molds, fixtures, lay-up tools, hydraulic systems, blueprints, and GD&T in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform maintenance, set up and operate machine tools, inspect tooling with laser trackers, read drawings, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace tooling or related field.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with precision measurement equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, move, assemble, install, modify, and repair tooling and equipment per plans.
• Safely handle machinery using cranes, hoists, and rollers.
• Set up machine tools and fabrication equipment to produce or rework parts.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on tooling and equipment.
• Read GD&T drawings and document tooling maintenance activities.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with FOD, OSHA, safety standards.
