Merck is offering an internship under the Future Talent Program in the Global Support Division. The program runs up to 12 weeks with one or more projects, designed for a student pursuing an aviation maintenance degree and FAA A&P licensed or licensed-progress candidates.

The role focuses on hands-on aircraft maintenance tasks including inspections, safety, fuel operations, logbook entries, and use of electronic manuals and systems. It emphasizes development and potential long-term fit with Merck.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology or related disciplines.
• High school diploma or GED with FAA Airframe and Powerplant License required.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License is preferred or progress toward certification.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability and knowledge of aircraft systems.

Responsabilités

• Gain knowledge in Aircraft Hourly and Calendar Inspections.

• Aircraft Movements and Passenger Transfers.
