Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Regular Full-Time Aviation Maintenance Professional in Scottsdale, AZ. The role requires Learjet 35/45 experience (1-2 years) and 5+ years of General Aviation Jets experience, with a valid Airframe & Power Plant License.

You will document maintenance, work in a team, and handle tight deadlines while communicating clearly with coworkers and vendors. Compensation includes health benefits, 401(k) matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

  • Learjet 35/45 experience preferred (1-2 years).
  • General Aviation Jets experience required (5 years).
  • Part 135 or Part 145 experience preferred.
  • Troubleshooting experience required (1-2 years).
  • Avionics experience preferred but not required.
  • Possess sound analytical skills and high stress tolerance.
  • Demonstrate ability to work within team environment and complete other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
  • Work under tight time constraints and deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, effective, and timely communications.
  • Interact respectfully and professionally with coworkers, clients, vendors, and all other personnel.
  • Must possess a valid Airframe & Power Plant License.
  • Prove U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
  • Able to travel freely and without restrictions inside/outside the United States.
  • Capable of obtaining and maintaining Airport Access Badges as required.
  • Must have own tools.

  • Demonstrate ability to work within team environment and complete other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Learjet 35/45 experience preferred (1-2 years).

COMPENSATION & TRAINING
  • Factory training by CAE done in house
  • 2 scheduling options: Monday – Thursday or Friday – Sunday
