Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking skilled Aircraft Technicians to help maintain our fleet, ensuring safety and reliability in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, troubleshooting systems, and documenting work in logs.

Ideal candidates have an A&P certificate (IA a plus), at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and the ability to read and follow maintenance manuals. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English effectively
• Ownership/possession of basic tools to complete tasks
• Current A&P certificate; IA is a plus
• Able to pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and inspections in accordance with FARs, manufacturer recommendations, TCDS, ICAs and company policies
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and components (airframe and powerplant)
• Complete log entries for work performed
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Conduct aircraft run and taxi tests as required for system test and performance
• Adhere to GOM, GMM and AAIP procedures
