Job summary

United Aero Group seeks a skilled Inspector/technician to oversee maintenance, modification and upgrades on aircraft listed on the Repair Station Capability List. The role includes receiving inspections of all parts and materials and performing internal audits of the company’s processes to ensure compliance and quality.

You will provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and ensure all determinations supporting Certificate of Conformance are objective, traceable, and auditable in line

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Minimum 5 years of helicopter mechanic experience preferred.
• Experience with UH-60, UH-1, Bell 206/407, TH 47 aircraft preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical publications.
• Must be able to work in FAA Part 145 environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect maintenance, modification and upgrades on aircraft listed on the Repair Station Capability List.
• Perform receiving inspections of all parts and materials.
• Conduct internal audits of the company’s processes and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel performing aircraft maintenance.
• Ensure all determinations supporting Certificate of Conformance are objective, traceable, and auditable in accordance with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the Chief Inspector.
