Candidates should have an Aviation or Business Degree, an A&P License, and at least five years of experience as an accomplished mechanic. Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

The position offers a pay rate of $22.00 to $34.00 per hour with additional pay for applicable licenses.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic or Production Supervisor.
• A&P License required.
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and delivery of quality aircraft/product on time.
• Coordinate job assignments for shift transitions.
• Monitor and maintain attendance and performance records.

Skills

Advanced computer skills (MS Office)

Interpreting drawings and blueprints
