Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field.

• ARP4754A and DO-178 experience desired.
• Familiarity with MATLAB and system modeling desired.
• Knowledge of requirements management, validation, verification, change management and process assurance.
• Model Based Systems Engineering principles and tools within an organization.
• Experience with IBM DOORS and/or Siemens Teamcenter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate methods and evaluation criteria to resolve complex engineering issues.
• Is consulted extensively by associates as a recognized authority in the field.
• Develops standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
• Balances technical objectives with cost and schedule considerations.
• Maintains communication with aircraft system owners and management.
• Performs ARP4754A audits and supports program objectives.
