Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Structures Instructor to support a large aerospace client in Ridley Park, PA. The role covers teaching heavy structures, drill and fill, fastener install and removal, bond and ground, and sealing across multiple training modalities.

You will navigate technical documents and deliver engaging training sessions while evaluating trainee progress and maintaining program materials. This is a full-time position based in Ridley Park, PA.

Qualifications

• Education, training and prior aerospace experience in structures including but not limited toHeavy Structures, Drill and Fill, Fastener Install and Removal, Bond and Ground and Sealing preferred.
• Presentation skills or training/teaching background/experience.
• Ability to travel 10-15% if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and performs training using classroom, CBT, distance learning, simulations, OJT, coaching, and job-aids to meet business needs.
• Assesses and tests trainees for certification to standards and specs.
• Navigates technical manufacturing/repair documents and blueprints.
• Consults with management and clients to understand work contexts.
• Delivers training sessions on specified technical areas.
• Evaluates training outcomes and reports on trainee progress.
• Maintains training programs and materials.
• Prepare training areas to be teach-ready.
