Global Logistics Support Services (GLSS) seeks an Aircraft Mechanic II - Structures at Mountain Home AFB in Idaho. The role focuses on repairing engines, sheet metal, and structural, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems to support mission needs.

Candidate should have 3+ years in fighter jet maintenance, an active Secret clearance, and ability to lead teams on complex tasks. Military background is a plus and position is contingent on award of contract.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience maintaining fighter jet aircraft.
• Active DOW Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and lead teams on complex tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintains, repairs and modifies aircraft structures and components of moderate difficulty.
• Repairs aircraft components including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanics.
• Applies technical knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems to diagnose malfunctions.
• Leads teams through more complex aircraft tasks as needed.
• May enter entries in aircraft logs and records.
