Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Structures Instructor to support a large aerospace client. You will conduct training across a broad range of structures topics and deliver lectures and hands-on coaching in a lab or OJT setting.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to teach and mentor, and flexibility to travel up to 15% to surrounding areas. A Bachelor's degree is a plus and prior instructor certs are valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to train on aircraft structural components in classroom and lab settings.
• Experience presenting technical content and mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on aircraft structures covering heavy structures, fasteners, bonding, and sealing.
• Deliver technical instruction materials and assess learner performance.
• Travel 10–15% to nearby locations as needed.
