Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in Memphis seeks a seasoned PMO/Project Leader to monitor and optimize repair vendor performance for high-value aircraft components. You will review repair orders, conduct detailed analytics, and ensure quality and reliability across vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical or aerospace discipline, five years of related aircraft maintenance experience, and proven contract administration and negotiation skills.

Essential Functions

• Reviews technical repair orders, perform detailed analytics, and manage repair vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a Technical or Aerospace Discipline.

Current A&P Licenses required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years related experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Environment.

PMO/Project Leadership Experience.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Understanding of Aircraft Maintenance procedures and technical documents.

Problem solving/QDM experience/Lean Experience.

Demonstrated contract administration and negotiation experience.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Additional Details

The desired location for this position is Memphis; TN. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week. This position will close 5 PM CT August 31, 2026.
