Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC seeks an Aviation Quality Assurance Technical Inspector to support US Army Flight Test Directorate (AFTD) at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will perform maintenance test flights, fault isolation, and ensure conformity to Yulista QMS standards while managing flight records and inspections.

The role requires extensive Army Aviation maintenance experience, FAA A&P license, and ability to work with Army directives and TAMMS-A tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ Army Aviation maintenance experience.
• Must have completed a military aircraft repairer school.
• Three+ years’ Army Aviation maintenance quality control experience.
• At least two years’ experience related to developmental flight testing.
• FAA A&P License required.
• Experience applying aircraft maintenance techniques and quality control functions incl. TAMMS-A.
• Ability to inspect all aircraft assigned to AFTD.
• Thorough knowledge of Army rotary wing and commercial aviation maintenance practices/regulations.

## RTC - Quality Control - Tech Inspector H-60Applylocations: Redstone Arsenal, ALtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR109448Yulista Contract Services LLCRegular**Primary Function**The Aviation Quality Assurance Technical Inspector is responsible for providing full on-site maintenance flight/functional Check Flight Operations to support the US Army Flight Test Directorate (AFTD at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The support will be conducted in accordance with current Army directives, including but not limited to, AR 95-1 and AR 95-20. Areas for support to be provided include completion of all maintenance test flights on AFTD aircraft, fault isolation and troubleshooting, and management of internal contractor pilot and non-rated crewmember flight records. This is to ensure all aircraft, aircraft component and shop inspections and tasks performed are compliant to Yulista Quality Management System (QMS) processes and procedures as well as all applicable/approved technical data. Perform visual and physical evaluations, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to ensure conformity to established specifications, applicable standards of quality.
