Shield AI is seeking highly skilled Production Technicians to work on composite aircraft, avionics and related systems. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in a quality-focused production environment, capable of reading engineering drawings and following detailed instructions to finish each production component.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant aircraft production experience.
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling, testing and configuring aircraft systems (UAVs, avionics, GCS, GSE, GDT).
• Troubleshoot, replace components and document using approved publications and procedures.
• Perform trim, paint and bodywork on UAV components.
• Assemble, test and support engine ground runs and break-ins.
• Make modifications or repairs to composite components as needed.
• Coordinate with team to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft.
