STS Technical Services is actively hiring experienced Aircraft Painters to join our client's team in Moline, Illinois. This is a great opportunity to work on corporate aircraft and contribute to high-quality paint work from start to finish.

Position Overview

We are looking for 4-6 skilled Aircraft Painters who take pride in their craft and are ready to jump into a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Candidates must be experienced in painting corporate aircraft and capable of performing the full paint process, including prep, masking, base coat, final coat, and finishing.

Job Duties

• Perform all phases of the aircraft paint process from surface preparation to final finish
• Work with primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes as required
• Ensure proper masking, taping, and sanding techniques are followed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Execute layout tasks for striping and complex designs (if applicable)
